Order placement instruction:

To start using the Northeastern University Alumni Online Store, please click on the desired category on the left hand side of the home page.

Once you find the item you'd like to purchase, click on the item, which will take you to the page to order the item.

Click on the "Add to Cart" icon next to the chosen item.

At this point you can either continue shopping or proceed to the check out by clicking on the shopping cart icon next to the "Go To My Cart". Adjust your order quantities here.

Confirm your order quantities by clicking on "update quantities".

Once you've updated your order then click on "check out".

Your "Shipping Information" page should appear and you'll be asked to fill out the information fields. Please make sure you chose your shipping method or your order default to UPS Ground.

Click on "Secure Payment Page"

Credit Card processing page will appear and ask for your billing information. Click on box if the same as the shipping information entered on the previous page.

You will enter your Credit Card information and click "Pay Now" to proceed. Please be sure to check off the "I have read" box before proceeding.

You will see an "order confirmation" page. Please review carefully and save for your records. You will be e-mailed your "order confirmation" as well.


Returns:

All returning merchandise must be clearly marked with a Return Authorization Number, in order for credit to be issued.
